FOAM INSERTS

Foam inserts made from a wide variety of foam qualities are one of the most frequently used types of inner packaging for high-quality or (impact) sensitive products. When it comes to packaging sensitive goods, LEVL can now draw on years of expertise.

Tailored to the contour of the goods to be packaged, the foam insert protects against shocks and vibrations like no other material in packaging. Countless possibilities are available to our customers when it comes to finding solutions. Thanks to today’s production technologies, our customers’ wishes can be realized almost without restriction.

A wide variety of foam qualities allow us to respond even better to the special requirements of your products. Different densities and the associated hardness of the foam, as well as the surface finish or other options such as ESD, antistatic properties, corrosion protection and much more are no problem for us.

The most commonly used base materials in the foam packaging sector are divided into four different polymers and are manufactured using two main production processes. Depending on the customer’s requirements, a choice can be made between foamed and extruded foam qualities.

The decisive factor is usually the intended use, whether the packaging is used in disposable or reusable applications.
